Cancellation & Refund Policy

All purchases from My Mystic Link are nonrefundable. No rescheduling will be allowed for missed appointments without 24hrs notice to mymysticlink@gmail.com (*appointments are considered missed ten minutes past scheduled start time). Should you need to be rescheduled due to unforeseen life events of Amanda’s, you will be notified as soon as possible.

Military & Birthday Discounts

These discounts are for Mystic Readings™ only and cannot be used on gift certificates, savings bundles, or email readings of any kind. Military and birthday discounts may not be used in combination with other sales or discounts. Proof of service is required to receive military discount code prior to purchase.

Readings, including prior and subsequent communications with Amanda, do not substitute professional legal and/or financial advice, nor medical and/or psychiatric care. Amanda will not be held accountable for any decisions made by clients based on information provided during readings, nor client interpretation. Amanda reserves the right to refuse any person without explanation. Email readings will be sent to the address provided within 72hrs of purchase (New Moon messages on the following New Moon), and cannot be guaranteed in length.

Mystic Readings™ are confidential. Your personal information, both written and spoken, is kept secure, and will never be shared without consent.

Personal data may be required to work with, or purchase from, My Mystic Link, such as (but not limited to) your first and last name, email address, billing/shipping address, phone number, and payment information. By providing this confidential information, you are giving My Mystic Link permission to use and store your data. Your personal data will not be shared for purposes outside of completing your purchase.

After purchase, your email address will be used to send one confirmation receipt, one reminder email, and one follow up email. It will then be stored in the scheduling system to make check out easier upon return. If your birthday month is submitted for a discounted reading, you will be emailed on the 1st of your birthday month with your discount code. You may opt out of these emails at any time. 

The security of your personal information is of utmost importance, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure.
